I'm definitely eating healthy with fish, Vegetables and meat. I do eat junkies like Doritos and sugar yogurt.

I'm healthy regarding eating anyway. So you guys

I'm not really a healthy eater, but I do try to mix vegetables and fruits in my diet at least once a week. I tend to eat anything that my parents are cooking, because I cannot afford to be picky.

I do like to include some healthy meals, although I eat fast food quite a bit; every other day. I try to balance it out with foods, salads, fish, and even multivitamins.

I'm not. I rarely ever eat healthy. I think I have diabetes, though, so I need to start eating healthy.

I eat fairly healthy. My breakfast is always filled with fruit and grain (usually oatmeal). Lunches are usually what tend to be the most unhealthy meal of the day, and then for dinner, it's another healthy meal. Home cooked meals are a benefit of living at home. Razz

I definitely try to eat healthy. I do indulge on ice cream, cheese, and chocolate sometimes but for the most part I stick to meat, vegetables, and carbs.

Gotta ask, as I don't understand. How could it possibly be more expensive to?
I have heard this from a lot of north Americans, but here in Australia it's cheaper to make your own from scratch and raw ingredients.

I wonder why the difference.

Yes and no. I go through fazes of eating nothing but junk but for the most part I eat alright. Healthy foods are also expensive and I'm on a budget so I only buy them when I can afford them. I'm going to try to start couponing so I can afford more healthy and organic foods.
